קלייר רוטשטיין, צלמת המגזין Girls Girls Girls, החליטה לתעד גם את הרגעים שלא מראים לנו על הסט, או יותר נכון רגע אחד אינטימי ומרגש. השחקנית רייצ'ל מקאדמס ילדה לפני חצי שנה, וכמו כל אמא מניקה שנעדרת מהבית זמן רב, ישבה לשאוב חלב על סט הצילומים לשער המגזין. קלייר, לא יכלה להישאר אדישה לרגע הזה והחליטה לתעד אותה בפעולה ואף העלתה פוסט נוגע ללב בעמוד האינסטגרם שלה.

"A million reasons why I wanted to post this picture. Obviously #rachelmcadams looks incredible and was quite literally the dream to work with but also this shoot was about 6 months post her giving birth to her son, so between shots she was expressing/pumping as still breastfeeding. We had a mutual appreciation disagreement about who's idea it was to take this picture but I'm still sure it was hers which makes me love her even more. Breastfeeding is the most normal thing in the world, like breathing and I can't for the life of me imagine why or how it is ever frowned upon or scared of. I don't even think it needs explaining but just wanted to put this out there, as if it even changes one person's perception of something so natural, so normal, so amazing then that's great. Besides she's wearing Versace and @bulgariofficial diamonds and is just fucking major. "יש מליון סיבות למה אני רוצה לפרסם את התמונה הזו", כותבת קלייר לצד התמונה בה רואים את מקדמס עם משאבות חלב בחליפה של ורסצ'ה, שיער משוך לאחור ואיפור תוקתק.

עוד כתבה רוטשטיין כי הנקה היא הדבר הנורמלי ביותר בעולם והיא לא יכולה להבין למה אנשים מפחדים או נחרדים כשהם רואים אישה מניקה ושיש לשנות את התפיסה של דבר כה טבעי. עוד הוסיפה כי רעיון התמונה היה של השחקנית בת ה-40, שאין לה עמוד אינסטגרם משלה, להביא את הרגע הטבעי הזה כשהיא כל כך זוהרת ונוצצת ולהראות שיש עוד צדדים לזוהר.

רוטשטיין מסיימת את הפוסט שלה כשהיא כותבת: "היא לובשת ורסאצ'ה ויהלומים של בולגרי, וזה פאקינג הורס. אני ממש לא נראיתי ככה כששאבתי, וגם זה בסדר".

התמונה שותפה בחשבונות אינסטגרם רבים ובין התגובות כתבו ברשת אימהות לצלמת: "כל הכבוד לך שצילמת את הרגע הזה, זה מאוד חשוב", אחרת כתבה: "להניק זה דבר טבעי וכולם צריכים לדעת את זה", לצד תגובות של "מהממת", "שאפו", אימוג'ים מפרגנים וגם סיפורי הנקה של אימהות שמזדהות עם הרגע".
